ファックス（45-3128）、はがき、市ホームページの送信フォームからEメールにて、「防災体験バスツアー参加希望」と明記し、住所、名前（ふりがな）、電話番号、年齢、国籍、参加人数（5人まで）、1か2どちらに集合するかを記入のうえ、人権・男女参画室へお申し込みください。

Please apply by sending your address, name (please also show how to call), telephone number, age, date of birth, in the number of participants (up to 5 people), 1 or 2 where you will be gathering with titled "Entry to participate in disaster prevention bus tour" through telephone, fax (45-3128), postcard, E-mail from the transmission form to the Human Rights and Gender Equality Affairs Office.
